1. Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Our standard shipping times for deliveries within the United Kingdom are estimated at 7-14 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that these are estimates, and delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, customs procedures, or high demand during peak seasons.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly advertised on our website.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey on the courier's website. If you haven't received tracking information after 5 business days, please contact us at contact@mysomna.com.
4. Customs & Import Duties
For all orders within the United Kingdom, the prices shown on our website include VAT. There will be no additional customs or import duties for customers in the UK.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@mysomna.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable replacement in a timely manner. We are not responsible for packages that have been marked as "delivered" by the courier but have not been received by the customer. In such cases, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
6. Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. Please double-check your address details at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may be responsible for the reshipping costs.
